Griet, originally from Belgium, has worked for more than 20 years in the health industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clinic.
Her deep understanding of both Physiotherapy and Remedial Massage Therapy enables her to tailor each treatment to the unique needs of each client, promoting optimal recovery and well-being, correcting postural imbalances and achieving long lasting improvements to prevent future injuries.
Griet integrates a variety of advanced techniques, including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Dry Needling, Cupping, Assisted Stretching and Taping.
Tui Na Bodywork Therapist or traditional Chinese Remedial Massage Therapist
Tui Na or Tui Na Bodywork Therapist, Jess, emphasises an approachable and realistic expectation to healing, combining ancient wisdom with contemporary methods to address physical and emotional challenges. Jess utilises the knowledge of the meridian system and the directional flow of qi and blood, and begins treatment most of the time at your feet and works upward, aiming to balance the body’s energy flow and overall wellbeing.
Her Tui Na Massage and Bodywork can include the application of Flame Cupping, Herbal Liniments, Gua Sha Tools, Burning of Moxa (Dried Mugwort) and Theraputic Exercise Therapy.

Feldenkrais Practitioner
Bec’s journey into the Feldenkrais Method started with her passion for improving movement, first as an athlete and later as a means to maintain joy and vitality in her daily life. This pursuit led her to discover the transformative potential of Feldenkrais, which she now shares with others. Since graduating a s a Feldenkrais Practitioner in 2019, Bec has been dedicated to teaching Awareness Through Movement (ATM) -classes and providing individualised “Functional Integration” - sessions.
Bec’s expertise allows her to guide her clients in their movement patterns and developing greater ease and efficiency in their daily activities.

Lily originally from Victoria relocated to the Sunshine Coast after completing her 5 years of study in both a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied science (Osteopathy) in Melbourne. Lily encompasses a patient-centred, holistic approach to treatment and believes in patient empowerment movement alongside education. Lily aims to provide patients with prevention and self-management strategies, imploring patients to take responsibility of their body’s overall, optimising your health.
